ENTRIES
Use entry form on our web site esc.artemis.wroclaw.pl or send it by e-mail.
First deadline: February 15th, 2012. Second deadline: Mach 10th, 2012!
Entry should include:
first name and surname, date of birth, category, club/city, e-mail or phone no., SI card number or request to rent a SI card, composition of relay or relay name at minimum, requests for accommodation, transport from TRZEBNICA to event center (concerning only E1) and request for lunch at 17 March.
Entries will be valid when we placed on the starting list on our web site.

ROUTES:
E1 - long distance, in Wilczyn
E2 - night sprint distance, in Trzebnica-city
E3 - relay, in Trzebnica, the park

CLASSES: (K-women, M-men)
E1: K10N, M10N, K12, M12, K14, M14, K16, M16, K18, M18, K20, M20, K21, M21, K35/40, M35, M40, K45+, M45, M50/55, M60+, Open (amator), Open-R (child with parent).
E2: K16, M16, K18, M18, K20, M20, K21, M21, K35, K35/40, M35, M40, K45+, M45, M50/55, M60+, Open, Open-R.
Route of classes Open-R, K12, M12, K14 and M14 will be designated across illuminated area but runnerlights are recommended.
E3: KD, MD, KJ, MJ, KJM, MJM, KM, MM, K, M, KV, MV, Open. Team should consist of 3 persons. Incomplete teams can take part in a run but they will not be ranked. Each competitors have to be equipped by own SI chip, any changes have to be completed no later them 11p.m. at 17 March 2012.
Organizer may merge categories in case of insufficient number of participants.

ENTRY FEE

KM-16 and younger and Open-R	3 PLN per race	5 PLN per race
KM-18 to KM-55 and Open	10 PLN per race	13 PLN per race
KM-60 and older, and Trzebnica's citiesmen	0 zł PLN per race	0 zł PLN per race
Relay:
KM-16 and younger	9 PLN per relay	15 PLN per relay
KM-18 and older, and Open	30 PLN per relay	35 PLN per relay

3PLN - for renting the SI card for one stage. If you lost rented SI card you have to pay 120PLN.

We kindly ask the competitors and clubs from abroad to pay their fees online via PayPal.com, specifying biuro@artemis.wroclaw.pl as the beneficiary. Upon request, we may also send you a convenient payment link by e-mail, prepared for a specified amount, so that you can use your credit card instead of your PayPal account.

AVARDS
Cup for the 1-st place winners on each classes, diplomas and medals for 1-3 place.
Other awards depending of sponsors.
During E1 team classification will be conducted. The winner club will be awarded by unexpected price!

SERVICE
In the event centre - mineral water, warm coffee/tea free of charge. Beverages available for small fee.

ACCOMMODATION AND BOARD
Free of charge accommodation will be available in ZAPO indoor sport arena Trzebnica (own sleeping bag and mattress are necessary).
We can arrange the ordering of lunch at 17 March only.

REMARKS
Each competitors participates in the event at his/her own risk. Insurance is the responsibility of the participants and their clubs. Event organisers will ensure medical assistance during competitions.
